The FWF and the Provincial Government of South Tyrol/Alto Adige have signed a memorandum of understanding which aims at funding closely integrated, joint research projects from researchers in Austria and South Tyrol. As of now, applications can be submitted for research projects from all areas of scientific/scholarly research, including clinical research. The FWF, as lead agency, will be responsible for the international peer review of the proposals. The two project parts will be financed separately by the FWF and the Provincial Government of South Tyrol/Alto Adige.
